How do you disable structure damage in SP?

If you're referring to structure decay, there's a check box under the advanced settings tab on the SP menu screen. Should be something like Disable Structure Decay PVE.

There's not much in SP that can damage structures though, unless you build right next to a pirate encampment, in which case, turning structure damage down is going to work against you wiping them out too. Decay is the only real damage factor if people don't turn it off.

It just gets annoying trying to fix every little panel that gets damaged
