Very good point. The low level shipwrecks and the "broken" ones would be all that is left if the spawns for them don't change. I haven't tested it, but I think a reboot of a server will reset all of these. This gives and advantage to playing on an unofficial server that reboots in the middle of the night every day.
You know the devs game design skills are bad when you see things like this. I think it's good they will follow you to the next grid, but how they spawn in right on top of you while you are frozen when loading in is not good. Had it happen too many times while in a small ship.....ruins the immersion rather quickly with those type of arcade mechanics in a half simulated world.
Thankfully i have never had one of their ships spawn on top of my ship, that would really suck and you would think there is a way to not have them spawn if there is already a ship in that spot.
