Disconnected due to "BattlEye client not responding"

This is kinda ridiculous. I was playing all day completely fine with no crashes. The new patch comes and ever since then I either:

- Get into the game, cannot interact with anything and after a few minutes the game completely crashes
OR
- Get into the game, can play normally for about a minute or two and then get kicked due to "BattlEye client not responding"

Not only that, rejoin Atlas is also complety gone which means i gotta keep clicking "find new Atlas"

I've seen a few people say that they got this issue after this recent patch but nobody seems to know whats causing it.

Would like to be able to play the game again ;;

In Nvidia control panel set Atlas power under High performance that should fix it. I also use threaded optimization on tripplebuffering on and pre max renederd frames 1. I get solid 60 on my 1070 even in high build areas

Ok i think i fixed it.

I first uninstalled battleye at
Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ATLAS\ShooterGame\Binaries\Win64\BattlEye

Then i updated Java at https://www.java.com

And then i right-clicked Install_BattlEye.bat @ Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ATLAS\ShooterGame\Binaries\Win64\BattlEye and selected "run as administrator"

Installed BattlEye the RIGHT way and after that, launched ATLAS, had to choose "find new atlas" once again, joined a freeport, woke up at my base and am still connected.

That isn't what fixed it, reinstalling BE itself probably fixed it.

I think youre wrong. I first tried to delete the whole battleye folder and then verifying game files with steam. Found 6 missing files and installed them. Tried to run ATLAS, same problem. I then uninstalled battleye @ (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ATLAS\ShooterGame\Binaries\Win64\BattlEye and then reinstalled. Tried to run ATLAS, same problem.

After that i tried the solution i mentioned. I am still connected
(i think it has something to do with accepting the terms of use the right way.. idk)

Yes, I get the kick too.

I tried deleting and reinstall BE, verifying files etc method and that didn't work,

What fixed it for me was to go through a VPN, now I never get the kick. A friend put me on that as it worked for him.

I had this issue. attempted a few on the "fixes" this is what worked.
1. join a new atlas and select your sever. DO NOT HIT CREATE NEW CHARECTER!! and ignore the connection error message
2. you should have no interactions with your environment. u need someone to kill you. upon death your game should crash trying to load the deathscreen and hud.
3. restart the game and join new atlas again. select your sever. once you respawn on a bed the battleye glitch loop should be broken and the server should communicate with you again.
4. Enjoy having your rejoin button back

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, this actually worked. What an absolute joke that here we are almost a year later and this crap is still happening. Just lost one of my crew to a rattlesnake thanks to this "glitch".

The only way I found to "fix" the problem is when I'm in the game I run to a bed, teleport to another zone and this move resets my BE. I can play normaly after that.

This issue is still happening to me and I can find temp fixes but it happens constantly, I have tried everything listed above and it all works for a while but not a permanent fix. please send help.

I really hate being one of those "tHiS gAmE iS uNpLaYaBle!!!!!!!" people but this truly is a game breaking loop, and we seriously need help fixing it. The fact that this has been going on for over a year doesnt give me a lot of hope though.
