Can't rejoin

What happened? I crashed out of the game, restarted and I don't have the option to rejoin Atlas, only to join a new Atlas. Anopther account which wasn't playing at the time has the same.

I was on my ship, which will now be sailing unmanned in the middle of the ocean taking damage :-(

First of all, were you on an official server? If not, unofficial servers shut down all the time at the discretion of the admins. Secondly, if you fall off of your ship or become disconnected your ship stops dead in the water. If a Ghost ship does not spawn in the area your ship was, you should be fine.

Yes, official EU PVE Server. I can hope for no ghost ships, but worse is that I can't reconnect to the game.

Me too. I got back in, then it happened again. This time it said I had been kicked by battle eye... reason client not responding.

If you join new server, select the EU PVE server, then select any freeport, it will re-log you in. This has worked for me three times now, but I keep getting kicked after a while.

Now I'm able to join, but I can't interact with anything... :-(

same here got error managed to rejoin server when logged in couldnt interact with anything decided to relog and i dont get option to rejoin

Lol a good server announces the shutdown not just shuts down. Not sure what Unofgficials you play on lolz! We broadcast like Officials!

ok worked for me just join new and join same server and select grid were to spawn you will spawn in same zone were you had an error eu pve

Same thing, Join atlas, select server, join select the freeport i am in, it ports me to my body and cannot interact with anything

I see this is a known issue, but none of the fixes work for me. How can I get a GM's attention?

I have a similar problem, yesterday and kick battle eye .... She does not rejoin. Support does not answer, I also wrote on Battle eye and zero support. I dont cheat and am very sad of it. I do not want to make a new character, I had 41 lvl. teammate even docked yesterday and when he did not join the boat. Ship vanished .... It's very frustrating. What do I do to play again ??? EU/ PVE
