Speed Values On Sail Types And Sizes?
Does anyone know if, for example, 2 small sails are equivalent of 1 medium sail of the same type in terms of speed? I have no idea how different combinations of sails effect the overall build of the ship so i just build the biggest speed sail i can for the ship and call it good. Am i missing something?

Handling sails for instance have a half circle of wind catch, while a speed sails seems to be closer to 1/4th of a circle.

otherwise, i have no idea, but speed sails seem to have to zig zag more to keep up with handling sails, as handling sails can stay in the "green" at larger angles.

Not sure on the stats, thats as much as i know so far.

but whats the speed is smallwaight sail like 10km in full green and medium waight sail the same

and speed sail then like 15 a...


i put 2 smallspeed 1 on a sloop a went decentl fast then i put 1 medium speed sail and went like a train
