Am I the only one who found the ship structure limit prevents you from building the ship you want?

I had a specific idea of how I was going to design my first schooner then when I went to place down a few extra beds for the crew quarters I got told I couldn't do it because my platform already had too many structures on it. So I'm curious am I the only one who had their design ruined by this or are there other people out there who couldn't bulid the ship they want because of this limit?

Lvl it up and can place more beds and carry more weight.

Aside from speed loss from to much weight and the dangers that present im sure you can do some nutty things with these ships.

Almost 100% for sure new ships will be added somehow. Hope their quality is just as good as the ones available so far.

Oh levelling it up increases the structure limit thanks for the information. Weight's not an issue yet I've still got 4000 weight to play with which is why this surprised me so much. Since there's already a weight limit why have a structure limit as well.

You have to level up accommodation to add more beds. two levels per bed.
