No barshot loads in cannon like cannon ball... I'd just like to see the damage and use

Cannon ball- blunt force damage to ship

Grapeshot - multiple hits like a shot gun, less damage on impact.

Bar shot - general damage and taking out sails, does damage to haul but not as much as a regular cannon ball

Have not tried mortars or other yet.

I don’t have numbers

Still help ful thank you
Munitions for Dummies:

Cannonball: generic ammo. Used to target ship hulls against vessels you intend to sink.

Grape Shot: Anti-personnel ammo. Turns your cannon into a giant shotgun. Large spread that deals little damage to hulls but will shred crew. Use to target enemy players and NPCs on vessels you intend to capture and add to your fleet.

Bar Shot: Disabling ammo. Two cannonballs linked by a chain (bar). Acts like a high-velocity bola that will cleave whatever it flies through. Used to target and cut down masts and immobilize vessels you intend to loot and then abandon or sink.
