PvE Bouya claim change?

The patch notes state they are removing the sea claim flags, does that = the claim flags that own land but are the bouy style and not cemented on land?

My only claim is bouy style and i put all my work on that land. I am curious if the change will remove that and all my curent building are then lost? thier won't be room with the other Vulture players trying to claim everything.
