Tames not getting XP
Supposedly after the 9.0 update tames are supposed to be able to get post tame levels at a minimum of 30 levels + half of it's natural level on top of that. None of our tames are gaining experience. I even did a wilddinowipe to clear the map and tamed one of the new respawns. Still not getting experience post tame. Anyone else experiencing this? Found a fix for it?

P.S.
I do have an unofficial server so if there is a .ini config that I need to add to change the wild animal spawns to a different type of spawn then please let me know.

After several tests we m anaged to discover that 24 was the wild creature on our server capable of gaining levels and that maxing out the xp of one of these was just as good, if not better, than a 120 perfect tame with 0 lvls spent.

You think it will be patched?
The more you try to tame, the lower your lvl tame you get
Tame proffiency reduces each time u feed the beast

First of all, idt you properly read the issue. We tamed a 120 at Max prof making it 180. I'm very familiar with proficiency and how it works. This is not a discussion about that, but about the levels that become available post tame regardless of proficiency. There should be a minimum of 30 lvls to spend how you please and in what stat you want them in even if you got a very low proficiency. Please read a post before responding to it. Moving on... To answer the other question yes, I am confident it will be patched. For now though, it seems that anything 24 and under are capable of receiving post tame levels. Everything higher receives no post tame xp and thus only has the random lvls spent based on how well it was tamed.

The issue is not level dependent.. we've had a low level cow (level 13) for milking since we first started playing on our private server,.. 1-2 weeks later, still nothing. Today we tamed a level 104 lion who tamed up to 152.. and it's not gaining 1 point of XP from anything at all.

I tamed a lvl 9 wolf and she is still getting lvls.

Have 7 wolves tamed. Only ine of them doesnt gain xp. Typical it was the highest level one. If you look at its stats the xp is stuck on 0/10. And no beastmaster feats working in game atm which also sucks

The patch was not retro active. Any animals tamed pre patch will still not gain experience. A 'destroywilddinos' needed to be done before the change could take effect. It's very much a level based thing at the moment. And if you're not familiar with ark that admin command may seem odd but this game is pulling most of its code from there so despite there not really being 'dinos' in Atlas, it's still the wipe all creatures command.
