UNABLE TO QUERY SERVER INFO FOR CONNECT - ATLAS

Dear friends.
I have come to you all out of desperation. I am hoping someone out there can help me out of this mess I've found myself in.
I have 16 servers/grids totalling 160 slots for Atlas through G-portal. I haven't been able to connect for some time now. Every time I try I get the same error.
'Unable to query server info for connect'
Alas, it is impossible to connect.
I've sent several tickets to G-portal and they have been less than helpful.
I have spent many hours searching the interwebs for advice and tried everything.
From reinstalling the servers to using the command prompt. I have thus far had no success.
Please... If anyone out there has had this error, or anyone that has some advice on how to fix it. Please let me know.

I believe that all of the servers are sown while they fix a bug connecting all of them.

I am not sure if this is too helpful, but it seems to me that all servers save one European server are currently down for an update from my perspective. Our private server was working just fine up to about an hour ago.

I was able to join my g-portal server by using the provided ip address on g-portals website then using steam to connect to it. Open steam and select view from the top go to servers click the favorites tab then press add server and type in the ip. Hope that helps!
