So putting points in this will cause crew to repair the ship, if so, if they are assigned or unassigned?

place a ship chest with all the needed resources and they will repair when anchored.

Thanks! is so for example, at 2.0 is that 2 per crew, 2 over all etc? and do they need to be assigned or unassigned to other duties any idea?

1 bed by default on all the ships I've been on (up to Brig so far). Each full point into accomodation allows another bed to be placed. It seperately improves something about how the NPC crew repair the boat when it is anchored (they do not do repairs when sailing).
