Is there a safe place for ships?

Is there somewhere safe we can keep our ship? Because whats to stop big companys from just stopping by with multiple cannons from destroying your ship offline?

Nowhere is safe, not even PvE.

Randoms will load up with a ♥♥♥♥ ton of stone and stand on your boat until it sinks.

You will need to make a sea fortress, preferably in stone with the biggest gates to at least halt the destruction progress on pvp servers. On PvE servers I assume covering it with normal walls and a small gate will stop people from entering to sink it

I was about to suggest building a ship pen as well. I think people able to sink other's ships with no chance of reprisal on PVE is just stupid though.

the ships are all parked because you cant sail anywhere without running into 4 to 10 spawn SoD.

And half the time when you hit a zone line one will spawn 2 feet from you and start firing 6 cannons at once that home to your postiion.
