Dinghy + Sloop

I just built my first sloop and had a successful maiden voyage. However, I wondered about the best way to approach shore.

Can Sloop's tow the dinghy behind them and use that to row to shore, while being farther off. Or are they expected to come in and anchor in shallow water?

You should build more then one sloop because you will loose it in a 99% chance to some sort of bs.
And dont put to much effort in it or level it up, it's not worth it.

You can turn on spot if needed, so you could drive 1 meter to the beach if its deep enough and turn around if you want to leave again.
