Red barrier

Hit a red barrier while sailing how do i get past trying to go to another region so i can level up more. How do I get past it rented my own server

Red barrier means you cannot go that way. If you rented your own server you probaly only have the one node you are in. To be able to go to another region you would have to have a second node setup( or second server).
