Not everyone's system does. PIN THIS!
Well, it would be a problem firstly with their systems that should be addressed.
We maybe need a pinned post on making sure your system is working correctly before trying the game.
This is a good start, this post should be pinned.
Maybe un-needed and wasteful CPU/GPU usage in menus, etc. but that seems to be a common trait in the newer game engines. Not saying it is right but seen it before in other games when I monitor.
I do suspect it is something that some developers are not paying attention to as other developers can seem to get it under control.
