KEY BINDINGS OMG

SO I am a LEFTY. And as a lefty I keybind the Numberpad keys. BUT number 8 keeps giviing me the atlas/map even Thoughj it is mapped as FOWARD. Can someone tell me HOW to stop this sfrom happeing.

Open the file DefaultImput and delete the atlas/map line
The file is located in the folder Steam\steamapps\common\ATLAS\ShooterGame\Config

I am a lefty too and I always have to delete the whole taming group lines since they are bound to numpad 1 through 9. Just delete and save and you should be fine.

Keep in mind that with patches the DefaultImput file might be updated so you have to do it again. Works for ARK and ATLAS, sadly I know no other way to fix it atm

Ugg must be hardcoded somewhere.. The line you mentioned doesnt exist

uggg does anyone know why the DAMB game goes to atlas map for pressing keypad 8 if its not in Unput file

Lefty here and I just got a refund for the game because of the same issue with the 8 key. Really annoying. If the defaultmput option ends up working let me know? I really wanted to play this game but I sick of stupid keybinding issues.

It kind of works, I searched for the word atlas in the config file and couldn't find it, so then I searched for the word "NumPadEight" and deleted every line that had it. I also went in every file location that had anything to do with input and deleted it from those also. So now I can walk around but not sure if anything else is screwed up elsewhere in my control scheme.

Zandoo let me know if it works for you and I'll repurchase the game. I really wanted to play it but that's just too annoying to deal with. H1Z1 had similar key binding issues and didn't even say they would look at it.

This worked for me also. was also able to use this to rebind things to the number pad that I could not get to bind and work using the in game key binding.

I'm a LEFTY too, and since some years i use Autohotkey for all my games.
My ATLAS script looks like:
