Found Mineral Oil! (6th Resource/Unbuyable)
Can finally craft Mythical Guns now :P It's located at B9, south east corner of the map, found 2 rocks for it, 3 mins to respawn roughly. At Raging Atoll island.
Updated the Gamepedia wiki also

Updated my guide with all resources now :D
