some1 did test it.... galleon was faster then other ship ..follow by shooner .all at 20% weight, same wind.same travel......
So its not like ark in a way?
In Ark I believe it was 30% of ur max before u started losing massive speed ya?
btw i personaly never been able to be under 30% and my shooner at 70% still fast enough..at least to my taste (im a hardcore navigator) i havent start to ship fight in atlas...but i did alot of treasure map
i will even add , try to get use to cyclone and use them to your advantage.... i never sunked a ship....not yet (crossing finger)and i dont plan to..... sailing trought polar zone,fog,cyclone...had some very close call...think fast i did
did you sail trough cyclone and fog at the same time?... it was day time, but believe me when i tell ya ...it was dark, dark as the night...bad luck never happen alone they say.... that why im always on the look out for lil detail.... ive been lucky to spot a whale tail not far away, just got time to turn 180 and try not to get to close to some sod i was avoiding, they shot but missed ..and ive been able to go away safe and sound....
Thats pretty much what ive been doing, not going over 30% of maximum weight but im not quiet sure lower thna that effects speed even more
