Pretty much what I do, on land at least. I put about the same into Fortitude as well.
3x Vegetables (Beet/Turnip/Wheat, cause as Tamefood you already have it)
1x Cooked Prime Meat (killing Bulls/Cows and you get soo much of it)
15x Fruits (Fruits..i mean Fruits...you can get them on every Island)
1x Cooked Prime Fish or 3x Milk (i prefer Milk, cause hunting Sharks is annoying)
This keeps all Vitals in Balance, its easy to have enough of this Food even for a big Company, you dont get Overeat/Overdrunk, you can have the Equilibirum Buff nearly nonstop...
But the Best: You dont have to waste Skillpoints in Cooking, only the Points to have the Crop Plots at first..after that Respec and get these Points back for useful things :)
We mostly make 750+ each a week.
Porkpie, bubble n squeak, rosemary chicken, shrunken head stew
And the best ones Grog + dragons tongue delight.
Killing yourself is cheap but keeping yourself alive will give benefit (no corpse running, exp bonus, vitamins,...).
