Cant open Command Console

Hi,
I'm playing Atlas Ocean SP at the Moment and I have a Problem that I cant open the Command Console.
In many Guides I found that the Key ~ should open it but it doesnt.
Does somebody know a way to fix that or have the same Problem?

It should. Think some where it was mentioned to hit the tab key, but the tilde is the correct key. Why it's not working for you......anyone with a clue?

Check your key bindings and make sure you didn't change it.
It's under the Miscellaneous section, Toggle console.

I'm currently having this issue on my PC I've tried swapping key binding and even tried using a controller but nothing is working
