Gamepad problems

I have tried many times to connect different gamepads but Acro FS just doesn't recognize them and I don't know what to do now. I've used all xbox controllers from the xbox one to the serires, an old aftershock ps3 light up controller, and a cheap controller from wish. All of the controllers work on other games.

What do I do?

Same here I have a PS5 and for some reason it does not get recognized by the game

My XBox s bluetooth gamepad is recognized ok and seems to map/work ok. Still pretty poor choice for this sim though. My Spektrum Interlink controller that I also use with Realflight 9.5s and Aerofly RC8 works great and is easy to setup.
