Fishing line for bass
I was using 12 pound test I was loosing a lot of fish so I went to 25 pound And i hardly ever loose anything . Its not very challenging now , does this game reward you for using lighter line ? Do you catch more fish using lighter line? I thought about going to 18 or 20 pound test If I get more fish to strike. If not I will just stay with the 25 pound test. I wish this game had a line size for each fish to make It more challenging. I think 18 or 20 pound should be enough......

It seems the tension swings the same no matter how strong the line. It seems as if the extra lines, rods and reels are in the game just for looks. Perhaps I'm wrong on this?

I believe a lot of this will be refined later. I imagine that if used that line that heavy there would be some drawbacks. I used 10 lbs and that seems to work just fine. But I have only 24 hrs total in the game.

Its a lot easier with 25 pound test line way to easy for bass. I win almost every fight drag Is at 26 with no problems no need to even turning our settings high or low and the fight ends way faster. For game play I think bass should not use anything higher than 20 pounds for the sake of game play. I have not tried 15 or 18 pounds yet, I wish the game would give bonus for using lighter line. That would be nice to push your self to not break the line. There Is so much dis information about this game. Its a excellent game . Heres another one the fish are only on top and bottom nothing In between when fishing yesterday I was fishing In 46 feet deep water when I started to reel up I was 15 feet off the bottom when I caught a bass It surprised me. Does not happen very often but It did.

The tension swings are easier to fight fish try It. You may go Into the red but your line Is a lot stronger you won't break off near as often . There Is a big difference between 12 pound test and 25 pound test. Thats what I heard too people posting on u tupe. These people only play a few days and act like they know everything.
