Can the fish see your line?

Hello, I am a new player and was wondering if the fish could see my line (if I am using a thicker lb test of braid or something). Will they not be able to see clear mono? Sorry if this is a stupid question lmao

Hi Jo, the only thing you need to worry about with the lines in FSW is the weight of the fish you are pulling in. The fish do not react to line thickness and type. Hope that helps.
