omg O_o!
thx VeeDubbin for the news, I was thinking of buying it...at least 60 fps.
I agree, game runs perfect at 30 fps, also 30+ fps work for fps games, flight sims, racing sims, etc. No need of 30+ fps for a fishing game.
AND YOU WILL LOSE MANY MORE! This isn't about the frames anymore...
For any of you devs who are age 25+,
Do you remember buying your favorite cartridge game at the local video game store??
I do...
Do you remember playing that game so much the cartridge finally wore out?
I do...
Do you remember when you had to back to the store to buy the expansion pack?
I don't....
What happened to the gaming community? Everyone is just money grubbing ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ now. Of course you're locking the game at 30fps, some ♥♥♥♥ back at your company convinced you that the hours of engineering going into that fit would never outweigh the profits from tapping into the console community. Let me guess, your gonna add micro transactions for skins to boost revenue.... ♥♥♥♥ me, you already did. I saw it start with CS:GO. Now games like Fortnite and yours are taking hard earned money for digital crap.
This reflects our entire economy, planned obsolescense, degredation of materials for increased profit. it will all come back to bite us in the ass one day.
A wise man once told me, " A sale only becomes a sale when value exceeds the price."
What happened to instilling integrity to service or product to maintain a reliable customer base.
I dare you to make a full release game with 0 micro transactions, focus on building a community through integrity and quality. You'll gain lifetime fans, I promise. For now I will never be a fan....
Imma go catch a real fish now....
to the guys who say theres no 60+fps need in a fishing game: go to an eye dr. its painful to just look around..how should you even suppose to fish like that?.. disgusting devs
That one seems to be abandoned already as well. Been no communication from devs or any news on it for quite a while now
I have this and their follow up, The Catch, which runs at 60fps, and you can't see the difference.
You're usually standing in one place, with hardly any background movement.
I can understand it for racing, or fps games but 30 is fine on here, honestly.
It also uses UE4 and not the dreadful Unity, so it looks MILES better than the Unity based fishing games :)
It makes no difference to you*
30FPS on PC is to me unplayable.
