no luck in Waldsee

I'm a rookie angler and I have been extremely unlucky in Waldsee. I assume there are carps in the lake and I have used blood worm, chopped worms and bread. Not even one bite, not one strike. I even see fishes swimming around my hook. WTF?

I usually use a banoffee boiles and they bite without any problems. Use a right hook because if the bed of lake is "Weed" and you use a Hook for gravel bed it will be harder to catch fish.

I haven't unlocked any baits yet, I'm trying to use my currency effectively. I'm gonna check for other hooks. Thanks for the info.

I just caught my first one with a banofee, a bream. There is one thing confusing me, sometimes when I cast symbols appear over the hook like weed or white circles(like rocks). What are they and what should I do?

it's the bed of the lake. you should use a correct hook for that kind of bed

the rock symbols is Gravel, the weed is the green one,and the one that looks like sand is silt,use size 6 or size 4 hooks,if u use bollies or the fish will pick up your bait and drop it as they SEE the hooks,that is a good grinding lake for TP stay at it,good luck and tight lines

The same thing happened in giganticas too. I'm fine in american lakes because its easier to catch bass. I try different baits for carp, try different locations but no use. The only place I've easily caught carp is Grand union. On other europian lakes I get nothing for nothing. This game is making me sick to death.

Then it's not just one person, I think the developers should do sth abaut this.

Look at the scores on this weeks online comps, you will see people catching over 1000 lb of carp in one hour from the same lake you are having a problem with, Weldsee, The the bast lake for you is without doubt, "Manor" the lake is full of Carp. Look on Youtube and watch a fishing sim world video, Carp fish Manor, Basically you put on a SCB bolie and cast it in, and YOU WILL CATCH.

Well then for your information, I took your advice and just watched a video on Waldsee, did the 100% exact thing the player did. Even three rods at the same time with different baits, the same setup as the player. In the video the guy strikes the first fish AS SOON AS he casts. He didn't even have time to cast the second rod!!!! I waited for 10 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ minutes with three rods and AGAIN nothing. How can I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ enjoy the game like this.

I went to Bergsee as soon as i left my last comment, i fished only 2 rods because i could not get the third one out because the bites were instant. I fished my rods out to the right of the swim that is at the 5.o. clock position, so you select the swim and then walk to your right and take the first peg that you come to , do not walk around the corner of the lake, you are looking to fish out into the corner of the lake about 25 yards from where you are stood. I would use Tutti on all the rods, and if i was fishing a Carp comp in that peg i would expect 700 / 800 lb of carp in one hour.
