With massacre mode on, if you go to the king you can challenge him again and after that you will fight the secret boss. I did it!!! When you hear the scream prepare your bombs (choosing with X), then release it when you are frozen with C before she strikes you. Even if you can't move. Be aware that, if she is teleporting, it won't work.
