Any way to start with Stronger Enemies For Better Loot wthout Permanent Death?
I'm not really a fan of permanent death, but the normal mode feels a little too easy to me. At level 30 I'm comfortably fighting my way through level 50 hostile zones.

There are several perks, and 2 ships, that offer a bonus towards this: "You will often attract more powerful enemies". The bonuses stack with each other, although having a ship in your fleet does not grant the bonus.

I'm still waiting for the harder option, without "Permanent Death"

---

A yacht, you have to unlock it first, and that takes a long time, I'm still there and still don't have it, only as Start.

A frigate can easily be unlocked and picked up every time , and have a Option to start with this.

The problem is, you can only use these ships, if you switch to what others are, opponents are weaker again.

It would be nice to have tougher opponents and also to play with your favorite ship.

---

Background, also a problem, depending on what you have in mind, you can't reach you, or you can't do certain things if you choose one of them.

---

So degree of hardness as an option, and "Permanent Death" as an additional option.

And you could play the game on harder games without restricting your game possibilities due to a certain background, and if you also use one of the 2 ships to restrict yourself even further.

So have the game harder, without restrictions as to what you can do, and only choose a background as an addition to have it even harder.

---

Or when the game is done that players can make mods for it.

And a Player make a Harder Mode without "Permanent Death" as an option to the game.

---

Several people have asked to have Harder without "Permanent Death"

Without being restricted in the possibilities of the game.

Yeah. I mean, if I wanted to be restricted by ship, I could just play through the whole game with a shuttle, but part of the fun is upgrading and building out each ship.

I'm enjoying the game, but I'll probably not pick it up for a second playthrough until this is a feature.

There are also the perks. They all stack with each other.

"Battleship Raid"

The advantage is hard to get, have i not.

Because of the requirement to even find 5 bosses who are then still in the same level or higher without being too high.

If they are higher, they usually have beams where you are dead in a yacht if you get hit.

This task has a much harder requirement than what the perk gives you in terms of difficulty, i.e. too hard to get just to get normal enemies in harder.

---

"The Last Starfighter"

Also extremely difficult to get, have i not.

If you have enough firepower, the enemy level is too low again.

If the level fits once, and you have enough firepower, the enemy is already in a level where you run out of time well in advance to be able to do 90% damage at all.

---

Another perk that is missing.

And because of the boss imbalance, the balance, where and how rare these are.

I also never get "Battle Rush" because you have to destroy a boss before level 10.

Since the first bosses I see within this level range either have 1 hit and dead beams, or so little damage from my weapons because I can't get the shield off.

Have i Vulcans go there either, against whom I used something then had Repair drones.

And at the start you have to decide what to take because making money also means leveling.

---

Increase the level of difficulty would be nice without "Permanent Death"

And without having to unlock perks that are much harder themselves than what they make more difficult in the game.

And backgrounds increasing the difficulty have the problem that one is restricted in his way, how one cannot have an alliance with factions, and thus no higher ships of one of these factions, so also not take his favorite frigate.

---

And if there was a level of difficulty to choose from, and "Permanent Death" as an add-on if you want it to work with normal if you want.

Then players wouldn't always ask that they would be harder Play the Game without "Permanent Death", and you could use harder mode and harder Perks that make to play together.
