Fire on friendly's?
So, I'm currently friendly with Venghi, but I want to go to war! But since I'm friendly, none of my shots will hit them! I'm sure I'm missing something....

Friendly fire is in the settings.

You can turn off friendly fire but then you can hit your own fleet or if you target someone you can still attack them even with friendly fire turned on.

Besides the "Friendly Fire" Toggle in the Settings, there is another, safer way to Shoot "Allies"

Use the cursor or "Y" to highlight a "Friendly" Target and then "F" to have a Gunner Attack, especially if they're in a Turret- the Gunner WILL be able to instantly Fire upon the Target, they will quickly go "Red" after 3 shots or so, and you can now target, fire, and kill them yourself, with all your weapons- The "Friendly Fire" OFF will still be active, you'll only hurt and kill that one "Ally"- no other Friendly Ships will be Hurt

I use that move a Lot when I'm Lone Wolf, or friendly with the Pirates or Venghi, yet have taken on an "Eliminate Pirate" Mission or "Hunt Venghi" Mission- sometimes I just want to Clip some Venghi just to keep their Faction Rep Lower or to get in good with the Rebels

Often I'm flying in full throttle Bounty Hunting someone, and they are marked as Green, "Friendly", right as I'm on top of them- the Gunner-Target-and-Fire-First move Let's you kill them quick, with no switching in-and-out with any screens
