Guide for complete beginner to OOTP+Advanced Baseball?
I know the rules of baseball, well ok most of them, but I have NO idea about the more advanced stuff since I stopped playing at a young age and never really watched any baseball since my team never gets anywhere close to winning.

Anyway I don't understand most of the statistics let alone how to put them together in order to create a strategy, however I want to learn!

The ingame tutorials are kind of difficult to follow iirc based on previous editions and of course I will give them a shot as well but if anyone can offer tips for a complete noob who only has a passing familiarity with baseball I'd love to hear them. If you know about outside resources I can use to improve those are welcomed as well!
