Does Ultimate Deluxe Edition come with all dlcs?

This game costs a lot and there is crap ton of dlcs, so I've been wondering if you get all of them with this super turbo mega edition. All of this stuff is really confusing and I can't really find the proper answer.

If you look at the edition comparison image on the store page's description of the game, that may clear it up for you. whatever you don't see on the included list for your desired edition, it may not have it.

No, it doesn't include all of the DLC. It's missing tons of costumes and cheat weapons for the characters from the base game. The OROCHI Pack 4 set of costumes is only for the new guys from Ultimate, and they're mostly palette swaps (Ryu gets a really cool white outfit though, which is a unique model). You also have to buy the extra scenarios and alternate Sacred Treasures separately (Sacred Treasures give you two special moves you can assign to your guys).

You might not care about the cheat weapons either way because they're just there to remove the challenge until you can dump them forever when you get the real ultimate weapons.

There's been some confusion over this before so I'll say it again in case anyone else is watching: Ultimate is the name of the expansion story, not a DLC bundle in itself.
