Cannot Create Save File!!

I downloaded the game it says, there's no warriors orochi 4 save file and asked me to create one so like they asked I did then, it says cannot create save file and insufficient disk space (1MB needed) . So my disk space is high as having 1TB and 120 GB free space left. If dont create the file i got logged out of the game. so can anybody help me how to play this game????

Verify game cache?
Or the least prefer solution, ask someone for the save files/folder and put it to your save folder

I did and its successful but i still cant create a save file so i cant even logged into the UI of the game not even see cutscenes just the UI to create save and another UI showing its unsuccessful

As for the save file, it usually in documents>mygame in file explorer which is in the OS drive, make you sure have free space there
If that doesn't help reinstall then cause I have no idea about how to fix this actually, sorry

not sure, did you save your game to an external hard drive? I know steam plays weird with external hard drives.

Well I got it all figured out, I enable something called controlled folder access in windows defender and it is blocking me from creating a new file. When I disabled it, I could start playing. This case is closed XD
