I just bought the game, and looking forward to playing it. The only problem the screen resolution is un-changable , but the text is really small. I have a 4k t.v. Is there a way I can fix the resolution

I launch the game and get to the menu screen. I select "Play" by pressing the "enter" key, and then am on a screen with three empty save slots (because I've never played before). I press "enter" again while empty save slot #1 is selected, and the game closes. Anyone know what is going on?...
