Monsters disappear while breeding?

So I have been going nuts with the whole breeding aspect of this game since I love all of the designs of the creatures inside the game and want to base my team off of my favorite designs, however while breeding I started noticing some of my monsters just vanishing out of thin air. Are they just gone forever? Thank you!

Okay I'm actually blind and found all the monsters that I bred, they were just moved to a random box when my party was full.

Okay I know I am legit responding to my own bug report but I actually found out how my monsters reappeared in the box last night, or at least I think I did. When the first box gets full and lets say you are breeding and suddenly one goes missing for now try removing a few monsters from box one and don't replace them. I found that old monsters that I had completely forgotten about were suddenly back when this happened last night.
