Some questions on the Notebook(dex)

Now that the game has been given a full release date I decided to do a little more in the game and get some monsters from the pedigree system along with any monsters that have been added since I've last played. Since I can be a bit of a completionist when it comes to obtaining every monster in some way, or at least having them all recorded, there have been a few things I've been hoping for some answers on.

1) First of all, and most important to me at least. Can we get confirmation that every monster we will encounter in the game, whether it is a wild encounter or one you can interact with in the overworld (when I say that I refer to monsters like the Storklift and some of the farm monsters you will see when you first start the game), will be obtainable. Since there have been some that you can interact with but never encountered in the wild I was wondering if they can be obtained at later points.

2) When obtaining some pedigree monsters I noticed some were not found in the Notebook, and I have read in other discussions that the Notebook is the least polished, so it is safe to assume that there will be proper entries for them when the game is fully released? To add to that, while there are some monsters that aren't in there, it would also be nice to have the ability to see the variations for certain evolutions of monsters in the Notebook too. I don't know if that was intended to be included as well but it would be greatly appreciated to have additional sections, or additional entries, for the monsters evolved forms.

3) Lastly, with the number of monsters within the game, and the size of the world so far, along with different methods in which one can obtain monsters, will there be a way to get the locations of a monster, similar to Pokemon?

I'm really looking forward to the games release and hoping that it gets all of the polish and updates needed so it will get a well received release.
