Experience share
Is there any downside to using experience share? Like the game doesn’t use EVs like Pokémon I assume but are there places where level caps are imposed or should I just take advantage of it?

Feel free to take advantage, it's only a convenience and toggling it on or off won't alter anything else :)

Sweet! Thanks!

I've found that turning experience share off is much more convenient. Only the monsters who enter battle gain exp, but it makes them level up faster than every monster on the team slowly leveling up. I changed that setting and switched between monsters, all of them leveled up 2-3 levels within a few minutes of fighting. Makes grinding better than with the exp share...

it will probably be more useful once you can kill much higher level monsters with your main monster to level up new monsters but early on I like to keep it off since it splits the XP. In pokemon the main pokemon would still get full XP with share on and everyone else got half of that. XP share in this makes you get really behind unless you have a very small team or grind for longer than I'd like to.
