Report a translation problem
We have 4 separate routes to the master server to ensure reliable connection from any location. The game is trying them one by one attempting to reach the master server.
Please send the last few log files to support@atomictorch.com to let us investigate this issue. The log folder location is Documents/AtomicTorchStudio/CryoFall/Logs

I've analyzed the logs and indeed there are cases when there is a problem with the master server connection. Technically, it can reach the master server, but the route is not good and dropped after timeout. However, as the connection was established the route was mistakenly assumed valid so no fallback route was used on the following attempts.
We've just pushed a small patch to address this issue. (v0.29.11.11, you may need to restart Steam Client in order to see it)
Please try and let us know whether it resolved the issue.
