Solo server and admin

ok so i made a local solo dedicated server to play and i'm thinking of inviting some friends over,currently the server is private so i play alone right now but i can't seem to make myself the admin is something wrong that i do there is this line code

I typed my name in it but i still can't use the ~console commands it doesn't work when i press the ~. Also you need the .NET Core Runtime 3.1.3 https://imgur.com/kBx41wM depending on your Operating System Windows/Linux architecture /for PC desktops it's 64x for laptops is 86x

Moderators are not admins. Admins are "server operators".
There is a separate list for them in the config file: <server_operators_list>
