The best location for the base ? (3 choices)

Hello.

I'm just new to the game and will be playing local PVE solo thanks to the new update that just came out.

Just to not waste too much time (because I can't play too often) I would like to know what is the best place to build your base between the 3 choices that I put on the image please?

I thought I understood that you had to be close to a beach and mountains for minerals among other things.

Up in the top right, about a 2-3 minute vehicle ride from the desert, there is a spot near a teleporter, mountains, and beach. It's also equal distances from a mechanical/science chest radiated zone.

Is this a Custom map or a old official map?
The current official map looks a lot different.

The is no the best/right choice anymore since the Teleporter update,
Just place you base in a spot you like and that has enough space for it.
