How to catch up staffs ability?

Im level 23, with a cure rating of 44% XD I cannot seem to get my staff members leveled up. There are too many diseases that I cant seem to cure well taking up all the slots right now. Not sure if there is anything I can do, but ideas?

Stop playing but keep logging in. Use the exp to improve your staff, upgrade the rooms and if you can afford elite staff, that helps a lot. Slowing down levelling up is the best way to get stronger.

Do you know how fast the exp fills up? I havent paid attention. If it does multiple times a day ill pop in and use it up.

use only 1 room for diagnose/treatment room, that way your doctor will level up faster, because they wont share exp if you have only 1 room of it.
