More free diamonds for steam users?

Will we ever get more ways to earn free diamonds? I heard mobile users can earn hunderds of diamonds through playing other games and watching advertisements, but steam users can only get 5 free diamonds a day by liking other hospitals. It seems a little unfair, as we both play on the same server, so they will always have an advantage over us.
