How to 100% the game?

Like which collectibles here count as 100% the game. Like is there any meter that tells this or something?

You have to collect at least 100 green stones in each level, all the letters of KAZE in the levels, and complete all the boonus (2 for each level) to get all the violet stones.
When you get all the stones, an extra level will appear on each island, get at least 100 green stones in each bonus level, then complete the game by defeating the final boss and you will have the true ending.

You get the Green ones from the bonus stages, they're not Purple.

You get the Purple ones from collecting 100 of the randomly scattered around crystals in the Levels, they're not green.

time trial and no hit also included in 100% i think

Just finished the game and got 100%
I just collected all green, yellow and red stones. Never did any time trial but got a few "no hit" level by accident.

So I'd say just getting all stones (gold = name letters, green for bonus level and an extra video + red for the secret ending) count toward 100%
