Error Time: Direct X

Hi I bought that game and Installed it,but...game say My graphics card won't support Direct X 11 but I have installed Direct X 11 and program dxdiag say I have Direct X 11...madness and lost money :(

You can refund it in the next 2 weeks after you buyed it and if you didnt Play it more than 2 hours. Before you do that check if your graphic card Supports dx11. If not, you cant Play the game. If it does Support it than try typing in starting commands "-dx11" if im not wrong. You can look the commanda up in the Internet. Then when you Type in the Command to use dx11 and you know that your gc supports dx11, start the game. If it wont work then your graphic hard has a Problem.

If your graphics card doesn't support DirectX 11, installing it isn't going to help you.
