can't start a race
I'm trying to do snap growl and gooo in the swamp and it doesn't even give me an option to start, is there some magical trick to this? a specific character? a vehicle? it doesn't even say requires anything the option to start race just doens't appear

It should be right next to the race. I had to revisit it a couple of times so maybes there's some kind of lock?
