How do i change abilities?

I have the ability of moving really quickly i chose it in the initial setup of my characters but whenever i'm using him its giving me a migrain so iw anted to know if i could turn it off?

On the pause menu, I believe there's an option to go into the character customizer and you can turn it off there. Or if you know where Stryker's Island is you can go inside and change it
