level 2 help needed

I am having a problem with the clayface riddler scarecrow level. I get to the part where riddler builds a ladder using the goons but the window breaks and riddler falls to the ground. what am i doing wrong?

Help I cannot get Joker to jump into the room. He breaks the glass ok but then he will not go into the room

Try double jumping into the window from the top of the goons instead of using the bars, that has worked for some players.
