Clayface bugged?

So i play with gamepad and i have to use the big clayfaceversion.. but everytime i want to use it it just swaps my charakter with another... so i cant complete the level -.-

It's not bugged. You have to hold the button, the button has always had a dual purpose depending on if it's tapped or held down.

Hi I just got the game and is stuck as well. "Hold Y" just switches the characters. I can't get pass this level. Is there a way around this?

Holding Y does NOT switch characters.

Pressing Y switches characters

Holding Y for 2 seconds transforms Clayface from mini-fig to big fig and vice verse

Holding Y for 3 seconds or more brings up the character wheel

I figured it out! Press "B" then "Press and Hold "Y". that seems to be the trick for me.

Hi there, i met the same problem on the second story mission, clayface don't grow while im in the lift. BUT it works when im outside the lift. Again, Y works when no one around, at least in that story mission. You can mark it as an answer, so other people would see.

Same problem here. Using a PS4 controller connected to a Mac Mini over Bluetooth. Game tells me to hold triangle button to grow Clayface somewhere in second mission (police station). But no matter how long I hold the button, all it does is switch characters. No way to proceed the missions, it seems.

I got it to work by holding b and taping y.

But only once. Now stuck in tiny mode. This bug is super annoying.

I found this big aswell. I found out if you go back to the thing where you can climb through with clayface and then he becomes normal size and THEN you can hold u / y in to get big (i hope you understand guys)
