Is there a way to lower companion's desire level?

Title says it all. I'm trying to fill out the gallery and I'm missing the Perversion Conversion Scenes (plus a couple of others still). Since most of my companions desire levels have hit 100, I can't transfer the dom/sub to them and trigger their scene.

Is there any way to lower their desire level or am I stuck until the next playthrough?

Using Purifying Tinctures on them removes some desire, but I'm not sure if it does that when they aren't aroused and is spammable.
If that doesn't work too well, try equipping a title that reduces Desire gain by a decent amount, and try doing a few [character] defeat scenes, to see if you can lower it that way.

also not sure if this version follows the same rules, but when your friends get "restrained" just let whatever happens happen (dont struggle, dont attack with other characters), once they are free their desire should be reduced

purifying tinctures work very well. I reduced from 50 using 5 on them on every character
