Data error or bug?

When I start the game I get data data in the text bar.

Can you try going to your game folder, deleting the data folder, and then Verifying Game Integrity through the game properties?

delete the folder it says. cannot locate basic info data E:\steam/steamapps/common/treasure hunter claire/data/basicdata/game.dat

Can you try completely uninstalling, and reinstalling the game? (Make sure there is nothing left in the game installation folder).

I have already deleted the game 2 times

Yeah, can you make a video so we can pinpoint exactly what the problem is? Also, can you take screenshots of the contents of your game installation folder? We're most concerned about the contents of your data folder.

There are some things you could try:
- Switching the theme back to normal
- Updating windows, all your drivers and directx
- Disabling all security softwares, antivir, etc.
- Move the game onto another disk (your HDD might be corrupt)
- Try if it runs in windows safe mode

It might also help if you don't accidentally download your job application paperwork into the fluffing data folder.
