Improved Gamepad Support
Due to issues with certain gamepads (like Logitech F310), so I'm seriously considering to abandon DirectInput and use Raw Input instead.

All Official Xbox 360 / Xbox One controllers (also number of its clones) and DualShock4 controllers (wired) should work fine.

If you have not-so-standard controller, please try game version in "test" beta-branch (build#526) and tell here if you have any issues.
