Screen Resolution FIXED!!!!!

Go to the celtic kings app properties (Program files > steam > steamapps > common >Celtic Kings) and switch the compatibility mode to windows 95. Then in game, change resolution to 1024x768. I can now see the whole map and scroll in any direction.

Nice try!! But the maximum supported full screen resolution is 1024x768. Any other resolutions do not work under full screen... And 1024x768 is too blur for me... Still hoping developers dispatching fixes on this problem.

try setting the game to a color compatibility mode.
right click the exe, go to properties, compatibility, and click the color mde settings. set it to 655xx and click accept.

If you go to display settings and change your scale to 100% instead of the recommended 125% it fixed the screen scrolling problem
